Email signup may sign you in immediately or ask you to confirm your email before signing in.

1. Choose Sign up and submit your email and password. If Check your email appears, open the confirmation message and check spam or junk folders.
2. Follow the confirmation link, return to NSFWGens Video, and choose Sign in with the same email.
3. If the message is missing or the link is no longer accepted, contact support for confirmation guidance instead of creating duplicate accounts.

Use the same sign-in method as before. If you cannot use an email password, ask support for account recovery guidance.

1. Check the email address and password for typing mistakes. If you originally used Google, use Continue with Google with that Google account.
2. For a forgotten password or unavailable sign-in method, contact support from the account email where possible. Never send your password or a verification code.
3. Do not buy Credits through a different account to resolve access to an existing purchase.

A failed Google sign-in does not confirm that a session was created. Return to the site and try the same Google account again.

1. Open Sign in on NSFWGens Video and choose Continue with Google when that option is available. Avoid starting from an old callback link.
2. Check that the browser allows the sign-in flow to finish, then reopen the original tool.
3. If the failure continues, send support the error message, page, and approximate time; do not send authorization codes or sign-in URLs.

Eligible new registrations receive 25 free sign-up Credits once, subject to anti-abuse checks. Sign in to confirm the actual balance. It is separate from any paid subscription.

1. Complete email confirmation if requested, then sign in with the account you registered.
2. Open Credits and check your balance before generating. A request uses the live Credit estimate for its model and settings.
3. If the bonus is missing, avoid creating duplicate accounts. Contact support with your account email so your registration eligibility can be checked.

Use Text to Video or Text to Image for an original written brief. Use Image to Video or Image to Image when an authorized source image is required.

1. Describe one scene, movement, or edit. For image input, use a format and file size accepted by the selected setup.
2. Choose a live model, review its settings and Credit estimate, and sign in before submitting.
3. Review the finished result before downloading or using it in another workflow.

An unavailable Catalog or balance cannot confirm that generation is ready. Wait for the current request to finish before trying again.

1. Keep a copy of your prompt before refreshing the page. Use the available retry control, or reopen the tool.
2. If the balance is unavailable, sign in with the same account and open Credits. A displayed error is not a confirmed zero balance.
3. If no model or balance can be loaded, contact support with the tool URL, message, and time. Do not repeat a payment to fix a loading error.

A connection or playback error does not confirm that generation failed. Check the existing task in History and its balance before retrying. Pending or processing means the task has not reached a final outcome.

1. Open History with the same account and check the existing task before starting another one.
2. If the page was closed or refreshed, use History to find the task and inspect its current status. Copy any unsent prompt before refreshing.
3. If the task remains unresolved, contact support with its generation ID, start time, and status. Avoid repeated submissions while the outcome is unknown.

A connection or playback error does not confirm that generation failed. Check the existing task in History and its balance before retrying. For confirmed technical failures, reserved Credits are released when the task is finalized as Failed.

1. Check the task status in History and inspect its message.
2. Check Credits before deciding whether to retry. Preserve the prompt and correct any input or settings issue named by the task.
3. If the status or balance remains unclear, contact support with the task ID. Completed-output quality, policy violations, and cash refunds follow the Refund Policy.

A checkout redirect or payment authorization is not the same as a confirmed Credit allocation. Check the purchase with the same account before paying again.

1. Return from checkout to NSFWGens Video, then open Credits and check the balance. For a subscription, also check the current plan on Pricing.
2. If the payment is pending or only authorized, check its current status rather than starting a second checkout.
3. For a completed charge with missing Credits, contact support with the account email, order or payment reference, amount, currency, and charge time. Do not send complete card details.

The subscription allowance resets on each monthly allocation date. Unused subscription Credits expire instead of rolling over; separately purchased Credits do not take part in that reset.

1. Review the plan and paid-period information on Pricing. Monthly allocation dates follow the subscription schedule rather than a guaranteed fixed 30-day interval.
2. Check Credits for the current balance. Credits that expire sooner are used before separately purchased Credits.
3. Canceling renewal does not remove separately purchased Credits; account closure, refunds, chargebacks, and policy enforcement remain subject to the Terms.

Cancel future renewal stops the next renewal charge. The current paid period remains active until its stated end date.

1. Sign in with the account used for the purchase and open Pricing.
2. In the active subscription section, choose Cancel future renewal and check that the subscription now cancels at period end.
3. To choose a different plan, wait until the current subscription ends. This flow does not offer immediate upgrades, downgrades, or prorated changes. If cancellation cannot be completed, contact support.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Refund Policy requires a request within 24 hours of the charge and no use of Credits from that purchase. Cash refunds and generation Credit adjustments are different.

1. Read the Refund Policy before making a request. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund.
2. Email support from the purchase account where possible, with the order or payment reference, amount, currency, charge time, and reason.
3. Tell support if the charge was duplicated, Credits were not delivered, or a generation failed. Refund eligibility and the original payment route are reviewed under the policy; do not send full card details.

A connection or playback error does not confirm that generation failed. Check the existing task in History and its balance before retrying. Reopen a completed result to request current media access before starting a new generation.

1. Find the result in History and confirm its task status.
2. Use Reload video when available, or reopen the result. Check the browser connection and try another supported browser if playback still fails.
3. If the result still cannot be opened, contact support with the generation ID, browser, and error. Do not submit the same paid generation solely to reload media.

Download a completed result while it remains available. Results completed without subscription retention expire after 7 days; the retention shown for each History item is the relevant reference.

1. Open the completed image or video in History and use Download. If media access has expired, reopen the item to request a fresh authorized link.
2. Check each result’s retention notice and save an authorized copy before its expiry. A one-time Credit pack does not extend media retention.
3. A new sign-in or payment does not promise restoration of already expired media. For deletion, retention, or access questions, read the Privacy Policy and contact support.
